Fruit preparations

Our fruit preparations are all from first-class fruits respectively resources, are produced in Gleisdorf/Austria (about 15 km away from us), are an essential part for the production of fruit milk and fruit yoghurt products and are just stirred in pasteurised milk resp. yoghurt.

 

They generally differ in two groups

 

> fluid without fruit pieces for milk and whey products &

> viscous with fruit puree resp. fruit pieces for yoghurt products

 

Both groups are divided again in

 

> conventional quality &

> certified organic quality

Packaging unit (PU) and minimum purchasing quantity (MPQ) is 1 cardboard box (aluminum-plastic bag in box) with 20 L = approx. 25 kg of content

The fruit preparations are packaged aseptically und are unpreserved. Opened bags have to be manufactured immediately.

Storage: fruit preparations have to be kept in a cool place = storage at +10°C (+/- 5° C) in original packaging

 

Minimum durability: unopened 120-200 days from production date and depending on sort
