Bag of whey powder and trial product samples

Milk resp. skim milk powder is made of pasteurised skimmed milk through careful dehydration with the spray drying procedure. It is used for the production of yoghurt to increase the dry weight, which – depending on quantity – again results in more or less set yoghurt.

Sweet whey powder spray-dried is the product of spray-drying of fresh whey, which is a by-product of cheese production from milk. It is used for the production of fruit whey drinks, if there is too less or no whey of our own production.
