Milk & whey powder
Milk resp. skim milk powder is made of pasteurised skimmed milk through careful dehydration with the spray drying procedure. It is used for the production of yoghurt to
increase the dry weight, which – depending on quantity – again results in more or less set yoghurt.
Whey powder spray-dried is the product of spray-drying of fresh whey, which is a by-product of cheese production from milk. It is used for the production of fruit whey drinks, if there is too less or
no whey of our own production.

Packaging unit (PU) and minimum purchasing quantity (MPQ) is 1 bag with 25 kg powder
Storage: milk and whey powder has to be stored dry.
Minimum durability: unopened 12 months from production date
