Fruit preparations

Our fruit preparations are made in Austria from first-class fruits respectively resources, are an essential part for the production of fruit milk and fruit yoghurt products and are just stirred in pasteurised milk.

 

They generally differ in two groups (fluid without fruit pieces for milk and whey products and viscous with fruit pieces for yoghurt products) and these are again

divided in conventional produced and controlled organic produced (COP-quality) ones.

The fruit preparations are packaged aseptically und are unpreserved. Opened bags have to be manufactured immediately.

(COP-quality and AROMA-FREE)

Packaging unit (PU) and minimum purchasing quantity (MPQ) is 1 cardboard box (aluminum-plastic bag in box) with 20 L = approx. 25 kg of content

Storage: fruit preparations have to be stored cooled = storage at +4 to +8° C.
Minimum durability: unopened 200 days from production date
